On Shabbat Parshat Pekudei we traveled to Chevron for a wonderful and inspiring Shabbaton. On Friday we stopped at Kfar Etzion to learn about the history and heroism of the Gush Etzion region.

After arriving in Chevron the talmidim had a chance to walk around the Jewish Quarter and visit Mearat Hamachpela. It was very special to have all the tefilot on Shabbat near Kivrei Avot. The talmidim had a chance to hear shiurim from local rabbanim and also took a fascinating walking tour of Chevron with Rabbi Simcha Hochbaum.
