KBY alumni and friends are invited to participate and hear Divrei Torah from the Rosh Yeshiva and KBY Rabbeim visiting in conjunction with the Yeshiva's 50^th Anniversary Dinner, taking place this Sunday 30^th January 2005.

 

Thursday 27^th January 2005

6.45 p.m? -The Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Mordechai Greenberg will be giving a shiur at the Beis Hamedrash programme on Anti-semitism - a 20th century phenomenon? or above & beyond, followed by Maariv.

 

8.00 p.m - Shiur of the Rosh Yeshiva at Ner Yisrael open to the entire community on :-

Yitgadal Ve'Yitkadash Shmei Raba

 

Friday night 28^th January 2005

 

KBY Shabbaton at Ner Yisrael followed by a tisch at 8.30 pm- open to the community.

 

Shabbat Morning 29^th January 2005 - Pashat Yitro

 

?        Rosh Yeshiva will be presenting a D'var Torah at Bridge Lane Shul during davening

 

?        Rav Zvi Birnbaum- Rav at KBY and member of the KBY Bet Din on monetary matters will be giving a D'var Torah during Hashkama at Raleigh Close

 

?        Rav Ahron Silver - Rav at KBY will be giving a Halacha Shiur following Hashkama at Ner Yisrael - Parameters of "Lo Tachmod"

 

Shabbat Afternoon

?        The Rosh Yeshiva will be giving D'var Torah during Seudat Shlishit at Dayan Ehrentreu's Beis Hamedrash

?        Rav Birnbaum will be giving a Halacha Shiur between Mincha and Maariv at Ner Yisrael - Lotteries, are we permitted to participate in them

?        Rav Silver will be giving shiur between Mincha and Maariv (4.30pm) at Alei Zion (formely Jews College)
