family members and/or friends who are currently high school seniors or juniors -
and are potential KBY students - please advise them of the Shabbaton. Cost:
$60 per person (KBY
Alumni who are students are entitled to our Student Rate) (Special
arrangements for High School Talmidim) This
cost includes Friday Night dinner, Tish, Shabbat morning Kiddush and meal, Seudat
Shlishit and Melave Malka. Reserve
your place early, as we have a limited number of spaces and are expecting a
large response. Make your reservation by contacting the New York Office. Please
make your check payable to American Friends of Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh. The
reservation deadline is Monday, January 29, 2007. We look

letter to High School Talmidim: We wish to inform you of
Kerem B'Yavneh's forthcoming Annual Shabbaton on
Shabbat Parshat Beshalach, February 2-3, 2007 / Shabbat Tu B'Shvat
at Cong. Beth Abraham, The Shabbaton will feature
three prominent members of our faculty: Rav Mendel Blachman, shlita, Rav
Moshe Stav, shlita, on Sabbatical from KBY, teaching at Gathering with Kerem B'Yavneh's alumni and meeting with these
ramim first-hand is an excellent way to get a taste of the yeshiva, and
we encourage you to take advantage. A special program for high school students
will include chaburot and an opportunity to speak with the ramim. Feel free to
ask them (or any of the alumni) about the yeshiva, or just sit and enjoy their
divrei Torah. Special
arrangements have been made for high school students to attend free of charge.

questions about the Shabbaton and, as always, we're available to discuss any
