Please read our application form carefully. Fill in the information and provide us with the original and one photocopy of the following:

completed application form

medical form

signed parental declaration

letter of recommendation from a rabbi/principal/teacher

personal statement describing a person, event or series of events that seriously influenced your Jewish development

secular and Hebrew transcripts from high school and college

Your application must also be accompanied by 4 recent passport photographs (NO SUBSTITUTIONS) and a check for STG 30 application fee. Send everything to Yeshivat Kerem B'Yavneh, Doar Na Evtach 79855, ISRAEL. Your parents should keep one complete copy of your application.
